Site Manager

Qualifications for Site Manager:

1.Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

2. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Site Manager in MEP works or a related position in construction projects.

3. Certification – Possession of a Professional Certification (SKA) is an advantage.

4. Project Experience – Experience in transmission, substations, or power plant projects is an added value.

5. Project Administration – Proficient in project administration such as BoQ/Cost Estimation (RAB), progress reports, S-curve, time schedule, and other related documents.

6. Software Skills – Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other relevant MEP-related software.

7. Technical Knowledge – Strong knowledge of MEP installation systems, building architecture, and quality control in compliance with applicable standards.

8. Project & Construction Management – Solid understanding of project management, construction management, and scheduling.

9. Leadership – Ability to lead and direct teams on-site effectively.

10. Coordination Skills – Capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers.

11. Time Management – Strong ability to manage time effectively to ensure projects are executed on schedule.

12. Construction Knowledge – In-depth knowledge of construction principles, safety standards, and technical procedures.

13. Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with various project stakeholders.

14. Cost Control – Ability to monitor and control project costs efficiently.

15. Problem-Solving – Skilled in identifying and resolving issues that may arise at the project site.

16. Decision-Making – Strong initiative and ability to make decisions on-site.

17. Analytical Thinking – Logical and analytical mindset for planning and supervising project execution.

18. Language Skills – Proficiency in English (both oral and written) is an advantage.
