Scope EPCC proyek yang sama juga mencakup pekerjaan foundation: switchyard foundation (5 bays), substation extension foundation (2 bays), transmission line tower foundation (15 towers), transmission line crossing gantry foundation (2 sets), substation drainage, 20kV transmission line pole foundation (7km), water pump house foundation, dan raw water transfer pipe line foundation (7km), tercatat pada tabel Substation and Transmission Line project register.
